Santa Fe Eggs on the Shell

  1. Combine eggs, salad dressing, shredded cheese, celery, onions, olives, and chili powder. Mix lightly. Chill.
  2. For each serving, place a handful of tortilla chips on plate; top with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 of the Sante Fe Egg mixture, 1/4 of tomatoes and 1 tablespoon salsa. Serve.
