Egg Salad Sandwich Supreme

Ingredients
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 5 TBSP light mayonnaise
- 16 slices of rye bread, toasted
- 1 TBSP mustard
- dash of paprika
- lettuce, shredded
- 16 slices of bacon, cooked
- 1 slice of Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 TBSP Tabasco sauce
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 8 egg, hard-cooked and peeled

Mash the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, green pepper, Tabasco, and cheese with mashed eggs.
Layer bacon, lettuce, and egg salad mixture on bread slices.
