Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 large cooked eggs
  • 1/4 finely chopped white onion
  • 1/4 cup light mayo
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
 1. Slice the hard boiled eggs
 2. Place eggs in bowl
 3. In a separate bowl mix together all of the other ingredients
4. Add wet ingredients to the eggs and stir gently
5. Refrigerate or place on bread/buns to eat right away
