Egg Bagel Sandwich Servings: 2 Ingredients 1 teaspoon oil2 eggs2 "everything spice" bagels, toasted2 tablespoons Reduced-fat veggie cream cheese2 slices Pepper jack cheese1/2 Avocado (mashed)4 slices Tomatoas desired Spinach Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning once until eggs are cooked to desired doneness. To assemble sandwich, spread veggie cream cheese on bottom half of bagels.
