Ingredients

  • 1/4 TSP pepper
  • 1/4 TSP salt
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 1/2 cup low-fat American cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup vegetables, chopped
  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 8 ready-made biscuit dough
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line the bottom of an ungreased 9 by 13-inch baking dish with biscuits, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  3. Sprinkle ham, vegetables, and cheese over the biscuits.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
