Angel Hair Quiche Pie Rebecca Groff Servings: 6 Ingredients 2 eggs, well beaten3/4 cup crisp fried bacon pieces (can use 3 oz bag precooked)4 ounces pimento, chopped4 tablespoons flour1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1 cup cottage cheese1 cup sour cream4 eggs, beaten1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated2 tablespoons butter6 ounces angel hair pasta1 1/2 cups Havarti cheese with dill, shredded PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Set aside. For crust, cook pasta according to package directions, being sure not to overcook. Drain. Stir butter into hot pasta. Stir in in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Press mixture into prepared pie plate. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. For filling, combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and flour. Stir in shredded Havarti cheese, pimiento and bacon pieces. Pour mixture into pasta crust. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Back
