Zesto Pesto Egg Bites

Qty Ingredient
12 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise
1/4 cupslight cream cheese
1/4 cupslight mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoonssundried tomato pesto
2 tablespoonsbasil pesto

Directions:

  1. For pesto topper, in a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined. Beat in pesto.
  2. Spoon mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Press out air and close bag. Push contents toward one corner. Snip about 1/2 inch off corner of bag.
  3. Squeezing bag gently, pipe small amount of mixture on top of each egg half.
