Toasty Blue Quiche

Qty Ingredient
1 ready-made pie crust
8 ouncescreamy bleu cheese
8 eggs
4 eggs, hard-cooked
2 cupsbacon, cooked, crumbled
1 ready-made pie crust
5 piecestoast, one inch squares

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Press crust into pie plate. Slice hard-cooked eggs and place on crust in a single layer. Sprinkle bacon over the eggs.
  3. Blend eggs and bleu cheese together and pour over the top.
  4. Bake until the quiche is semi-firm, approximately 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and drop toast on quiche.
  6. Serve warm with Parmesan dusted over the top.
