Syrupy Scrambled Egg Muffins

Qty Ingredient
1/2 poundspork sausage
12 eggs
1/2 cupsonion, chopped
1/2 teaspoonssalt
1/4 cupsgreen pepper, chopped
1/4 teaspoonsgarlic powder
1/2 cupscheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cupsmaple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, brown the sausage, drain.
  2. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add onion, green pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in sausage.
  3. Use a 1/3 cup measure to pour into greased muffin cups.
  4. Drizzle syrup into filled muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
