Sausage Omelet

2 dozenlarge eggs
1 packagebrown and serve sausage links
1 green pepper
8 ouncescream cheese
1/4 cupsmilk
1 tablespoonsmilk
1 can (small)mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoonssalt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown sausage, cut into small pieces and place in large mixing bowl. Dice green pepper, drain mushrooms and add sausage. Mix 2 dozen eggs with ¼ cup milk in small mixing bowl. Scramble egg mixture over medium heat and salt to taste. Add eggs to sausage mixture.
  2. In a small bowl, place cream cheese and 1 tablespoon milk. Mix thoroughly until creamy. Add to sausage and egg mixture.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread into greased 9 x 12" pan. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake for 25-30 minutes. You may serve with toast or muffins.
