|1 pounds||Corned beef (thinly sliced)|
|2 cups||Sauerkraut (drained)|
|2 tablespoons||Horseradish sauce|
|1/4 cup||Chili sauce|
|1/4 cup||Kosher dill pickle (small dice)|
|1/4 teaspoon||Seasoned salt|
- Hard boil 6 eggs (12 minutes for large eggs). Cool and chop.
- Combine hard boiled eggs, mayo, horseradish, chili sauce, dill pickle, seasoned salt. Mix together.
- Assemble 6 sandwiches with bread, cheddar cheese, egg mixture, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, bread.
- Whisk 4 eggs. Dip sandwiches (both sides) in egg mixture. Grill on griddle until hot and golden brown.
