12 slicesRye bread
6 slicesSwiss cheese
6 slicesCheddar cheese
1 poundsCorned beef (thinly sliced)
2 cupsSauerkraut (drained)
2/3 cupMayonnaise
2 tablespoonsHorseradish sauce
1/4 cupChili sauce
1/4 cupKosher dill pickle (small dice)
1/4 teaspoonSeasoned salt

Directions:

  1. Hard boil 6 eggs (12 minutes for large eggs). Cool and chop.
  2. Combine hard boiled eggs, mayo, horseradish, chili sauce, dill pickle, seasoned salt. Mix together.
  3. Assemble 6 sandwiches with bread, cheddar cheese, egg mixture, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, bread.
  4. Whisk 4 eggs. Dip sandwiches (both sides) in egg mixture. Grill on griddle until hot and golden brown.
