|8 ounces||pizza sauce|
|1 teaspoons||cream of tarter|
|1/4 teaspoons||Italian seasoning or oregano|
|1/2 teaspoons||garlic salt|
|1 tablespoons||grated parmesan cheese|
|1 1/2 cups||grated mozzarella|
- Stir together flour, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and seasoning. Set aside. In large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tarter at high speed until stiff. Gently fold in reserved flour mixture, thoroughly.
- Spread evenly in a well-greased 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven until firm and delicately browned at edges, about 12 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Spread crust with pizza sauce, top with meat, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- This crust contains no fat!
