5 Eggs (Beaten)

2 tablespoonsPure Vanilla Extract
8-10 cupsItalian Break (Cubed, Allowed To Stale Overnight)
1 (packed) cupLight Brown Sugar
1/4 cupButter
1 cupChopped Pecans
For The Sauce
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupButter (Melted)
1 Egg (Beaten)
2 tablespoonsVanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix together granulated sugar, eggs, and milk in a bowl; add vanilla. Pour over cubed bread and let sit for 10 minutes. In another bowl, mix and crumble together brown sugar, butter, and pecans. Pour bread mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over the top and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven.
  2. Combine the sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts. Pour over warm bread pudding
