Mexican Breakfast Pizza
|1 tube||crescent rolls|
|1 teaspoons||Tabasco sauce|
|1 teaspoons||cayenne pepper|
|1/4 cups||red pepper, chopped|
|1/4 cups||green pepper, chopped|
|1/2 pounds||Italian sausage|
|1/2 pounds||bacon, small pieces|
|1 cups||mozzarella cheese, shredded|
- Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Lightly grease 12 to 14 inch pizza pan. Unroll crescent roll dough, making a pizza crust on pan. Pat or roll dough to cover pan and seal seams. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven. Leave oven on.
- In large skillet, brown bacon and sausage. Drain off fat. Turn off heat. Add mushrooms, peppers, Tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper. Let stand. Mix 8 eggs with ½ cup milk. Melt butter in skillet, cook eggs over medium-low temperature until firm. Set aside.
- Spread egg mixture evenly over browned crust. Top with meat mixture and finally cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 375°F or until cheese melts.
