|1 teaspoons||ground cloves|
|1/2 teaspoons||baking powder|
|2 teaspoons||baking soda|
|3 1/3 cups||flour|
|2 1/2 cups||sugar|
|1 cups||chocolate chips|
- Mix sugar, oil, and pumpkin together in large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time. In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Add to pumpkin mixture alternately with milk.
- Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips. Pour into 2 well-greased bread pans. Bake at 300°F for 1 ¼ hours.
- Cool before removing from pans.
