Herbed Deviled Eggs

Qty Ingredient
6 eggs, hard cooked
dashhot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoonsgarlic powder
1/4 teaspoonsdill weed
1/2 teaspoonsdried parsley
1 teaspoonsprepared mustard (Dijon style)
1 tablespoonsonion, finely chopped
2 tablespoonslow fat plain yogurt
3 tablespoonscottage cheese
to tastesalt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half. Put half of yolks in small bowl; reserve remaining yolks for another use or discard.
  2. With a fork mash yolks together with cottage cheese and yogurt.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Fill egg halves. Chill before serving.
