Fiesta Egg Party Dip

|5 sprigs||cilantro, chopped|
|14 ounces||black olives|
|1 cups||scallions, chopped|
|2 cups||tomatoes, chopped|
|1 tablespoons||low fat milk|
|1 cups||low fat sour cream|
|14 ounces||refried black beans|
|1 cups||low fat cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 1/4 cups||green salsa|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine eggs, salsa, and cheddar cheese. Spread the egg mixture in prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until set. Microwave for 1 minute. Evenly spread beans over baked eggs.
- Mix together sour cream, milk, and salt; spread over the bean layer.
- In diagonal rows across the top of the dish, alternate rows of tomatoes, scallions, olives, and cilantro; repeat until dish is covered. Serve with tortilla chips.
