1 loafsweet egg brioche bread
8 large eggs
1/2 cupsmilk
1/2 cupshalf & half
1/2 teaspoonsmaple flavoring
1/2 teaspoonscinnamon-maple sugar sprinkles
1 cupsbrown sugar
4 tablespoonsbutter
4 tablespoonsflour
2 tablespoonscinnamon-maple sugar sprinkles
1/2 cupsbutter
3/4 cupspecans, lightly chopped
1/3 cupshalf & half
3/4 cupsbrown sugar
1 stickbutter

Directions:

  1. Use the large size loaf of bread. Cut 1 inch slices. This will be a large piece.
  2. In a large mixing bowl; beat eggs. Blend in milks, flavoring, and spices.
  3. Dip bread into egg wash on both sides.
  4. Mix up your streusel mix and coat bread on both sides. Pat with your hands gently to get an even coat.
  5. Spray a heavy skillet and fry toast until golden brown.
  6. Place 2 slices on a plate.10. Spoon pecan sticky sauce over toast. Top off with one dip of Maple Cinnamon Butter.
