1 egg, beaten
1 cupslow sodium chicken broth
1 1/4 teaspoonsflour
1/2 cupsmixed vegetables
1/4 teaspoonspepper
1/8 teaspoonsTabasco sauce
garnishParmesan cheese and parsley, if desired

  1. Parmesan cheese and parsley for garnish, if desired Mix chicken broth and fl our in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir until slightly thick.
  2. Add beaten egg, stirring until egg is cooked.
  3. Add vegetables, pepper and Tabasco sauce; stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
