6 eggs, hard cooked, chopped
pinchdry mustard
1/4 teaspoonsdill weed
1/4 teaspoonsseasoning salt
2 tablespoonsplain yogurt (or mayonnaise)
1/4 cupsfat free cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoonsgreen onion, chopped
2 tablespoonscelery, chopped
1/4 cupscarrots, shredded
1/4 cupszucchini, shredded

  1. Combine eggs, zucchini, carrots, celery, and green onion in bowl; set aside.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings until thoroughly blended.
  3. Combine cream cheese mixture and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Serve on split hard rolls, bagels, whole wheat or white bread slices, or croissants.
