8 egg, hard-cooked and peeled
2 cupslettuce, shredded
16 slicesbacon, cooked
1 cupsParmesan cheese, shredded
1 tablespoonsTabasco sauce
1 green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
dashpaprika
1/2 teaspoonspepper
1/2 teaspoonssalt
1 tablespoonsmustard
5 tablespoonslight mayonnaise
16 slicesrye bread, toasted

Directions:

  1. Mash the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, green pepper, Tabasco, and cheese with mashed eggs.
  3. Layer bacon, lettuce, and egg salad mixture on bread slices.
