Egg Bagel Sandwich

|2||"everything spice" bagels, toasted|
|2 tablespoons||Reduced-fat veggie cream cheese|
|2 slices||Pepper jack cheese|
Step 1: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning once until eggs are cooked to desired doneness. Step 2: To assemble sandwich, spread veggie cream cheese on bottom half of bagels. Top with egg, cheese, avocado, tomato and spinach. Enjoy immediately.
