Egg Bagel Sandwich

2 | "everything spice" bagels, toasted |
2 tablespoons | Reduced-fat veggie cream cheese |
2 slices | Pepper jack cheese |
1/2 | Avocado (mashed) |
4 slices | Tomato |
as desired | Spinach |

Directions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning once until eggs are cooked to desired doneness. Step 2: To assemble sandwich, spread veggie cream cheese on bottom half of bagels. Top with egg, cheese, avocado, tomato and spinach. Enjoy immediately.
