Egg and Biscuit Casserole

7 Eggs
1/4 cupMilk
16 ouncesRefrigerated biscuit dough (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
1 1/2 cupsSharp cheddar cheese
4 Green onion (chopped)
1/2 poundsSausage (cooked and drained)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and lightly grease a 9 X 13 casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl beat together the eggs and milk. Add in the biscuit pieces, cheese, onions and sausage and evenly coat everything in the bowl.
  3. Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. The eggs should be firmly set and the biscuits should be puffy and golden.
