Egg and Biscuit Casserole

|16 ounces||Refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)|
|1 1/2 cups||Sharp cheddar cheese|
|4||Green onion (chopped)|
|1/2 pounds||Sausage (cooked and drained)|
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and lightly grease a 9 X 13 casserole dish.
- In a large bowl beat together the eggs and milk. Add in the biscuit pieces, cheese, onions and sausage and evenly coat everything in the bowl.
- Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. The eggs should be firmly set and the biscuits should be puffy and golden.
