8 ouncesturkey bacon
1 cupsrefrigerated hash brown potatoes
1 12 inch whole wheat pizza crust
1/8 teaspoonsground black pepper
1/8 teaspoonssalt
4 eggs
10 ouncesasparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cupsonion, sliced
2 tablespoonsolive oil, divided
1 cupsextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of the olive oil into a large skillet and heat over medium- low heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add asparagus; cook and stir until asparagus begins to soften, 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until fluffy.
  3. Brush pizza crust with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Spread asparagus mixture over crust and crumble bacon over top. Sprinkle hash browns on top of bacon. Pour egg mixture over to of hash browns, keeping mixture inside of crust. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle cheese over pizza and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Cool pizza on a wire rack for 2 to 3 minutes.
