Deleggtable Salmon Quiche

Qty Ingredient
6 eggs
1/2 cupsmilk
1 teaspoonsdill
to tastesalt and pepper
2 cupsasparagus cuts
1 poundssalmon, cooked and flaked
1 1/2 cupsGruyere cheese, grated
1 refrigerated pie crust (9 inch)

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. Mix the eggs, milk, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. In the prepared piecrust, layer the salmon, asparagus, and grated cheese.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the middle is set. Serve with fruit.
