Deleggtable Salmon Quiche

|to taste||salt and pepper|
|2 cups||asparagus cuts|
|1 pounds||salmon, cooked and flaked|
|1 1/2 cups||Gruyere cheese, grated|
|1||refrigerated pie crust (9 inch)|
- Preheat oven to 400˚F. Mix the eggs, milk, dill, salt, and pepper.
- In the prepared piecrust, layer the salmon, asparagus, and grated cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the middle is set. Serve with fruit.
