3 eggs, hard cooked, halved and separated
1/2 cupstiny shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 ouncescucumber, peeled and diced
1 teaspoonsketchup or prepared cocktail sauce
1/2 tablespoonslight lemon mayonnaise
to tastesalt and pepper
garnishfennel sprigs

  1. Mix together all ingredients except egg whites. Halve the egg whites.
  2. Place egg mixture in a plastic baggie; snip the end. Fill egg whites with deviled egg mixture.
  3. Garnish with fennel sprigs and reserved shrimp.
