Confetti Breakfast Pizza
|2/3 cups||red bell pepper, finely diced|
|2/3 cups||green onions, finely chopped|
|10 ounces||spinach, thawed|
|6 ounces||light garlic herb cheese spread|
|1/4 cups||light mayonnaise|
|2 tablespoons||olive oil|
|2/3 cups||shredded cheese blend|
- FOR THE CRUST: Combine Ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until combined and formed into a ball. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes. Roll out half of the dough to a 12-inch rough circle. Bake a 500 degrees on a hot baking stone for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp.
- FOR THE TOPPING: Combine spinach, mayonnaise, and garlic herb cheese. Spread on the partially baked crust. Add the remaining ingredients in order listed. Return to the hot stone and bake 4 to 5 minutes at 500 degrees.
