- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir the sugar and cocoa together until well mixed
- Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold the sugar and cocoa mixture and remaining ingredients into the egg whites.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for about 10 minutes.
