Chili Egg Puff

|1/2 teaspoons||baking powder|
|1/4 pounds||sharp cheddar cheese block|
|1/2 pounds||Jack cheese block|
|8 ounces||cottage cheese|
|4 ounces||diced green chilies|
|1/4 cups||butter, melted|
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, then add flour, baking powder and salt, mixing until smooth. Cut Cheddar and Jack cheeses into small cubes.
- Mix cheeses, chilies and melted butter with the egg mixture. Pour into a buttered 7x11-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes to set before serving.
