|1 1/2 cups||flour|
|4 tablespoons||butter, melted|
|1 2/3 cups||sugar|
|4 to 5||eggs|
|1/2 cups||canola oil|
|1/2 to 1 cups||walnuts|
- Crust - Stir flour, sugar and salt together. Make a well in center, add oil and milk. Combine just until it holds together. Crumble into 10 inch torte pan and press smooth.
- Filling - Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour into crust and top with desired amount of walnuts. Bake at 350°F 40 to 45 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
