6 eggs, beaten
8 ouncesready-made biscuit dough
2 cupsham, diced
1 cupsvegetables, chopped
1 1/2 cupslow-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cupslow-fat American cheese, shredded
1 cupsnonfat milk
1/4 teaspoonssalt
1/4 teaspoonspepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line the bottom of an ungreased 9 by 13-inch baking dish with biscuits, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  3. Sprinkle ham, vegetables, and cheese over the biscuits.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
