Breakfast Loaf

Qty Ingredient
3 1/2 cupsflour
2/3 cupsmozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cupssausage, browned
1/4 cupsmilk
8 eggs
1 cupswarm water
1 tablespoonsbutter, softened
1 tablespoonsyeast
1 teaspoonsItalian seasoning
1/2 teaspoonsonion flakes
1 teaspoonssalt
1/4 cupssugar
2/3 cupscheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the bread recipe. Layer the first 7 ingredients in a food processor and pour in 1 cup warm water (110 degrees). Knead dough with food processor for several minutes. Add a small amount of flour, if needed, until dough forms a nice ball. Place on a floured board.
  3. Next, brown sausage. Then, beat 6-8 eggs and ¼ cup milk. Scramble in a non-stick pan until firm.
  4. Roll out bread into a 10 x 16 inch rectangle. Place scrambled eggs down the center. Top with sausage and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. With pizza wheel, cut dough in from both sides at an angle, 1 inch strips and braid over center ingredients to form loaf. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Slice and serve with salsa.
