Blue Cheese-Egg Dip

Qty Ingredient
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coarsley chopped
2 cupscrumbled blue cheese
1 1/2 teaspoonslemon juice
1/2 cupsplain yogurt
as desiredcarrot or celery sticks or Buffalo wings
as desiredadditional crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

  1. Place eggs, blue cheese, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender or food processor.
  2. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with additional blue cheese. Serve the dip with carrot or celery sticks or Buffalo wings. Makes 2 cups.
