|1/2 cups||chopped ham|
|1/4 cups||green pepper, chopped (optional)|
|1/4 cups||red pepper, chopped (optional)|
|9 slices||fat free cheese|
- Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle ham, green pepper and red pepper evenly over bottom of skillet. Beat eggs in medium size bowl. Gently pour beaten eggs over ingredients in skillet. Reduce heat to low and cover skillet.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until eggs are set. Cut egg mixture into 9 square sections. Place each egg patty on bottom half of bagel. Top with 2 cheese triangles and other half of bagel.
