Incredibly Easy Lemon Pie

Quantity Ingredient

  • 1 Large lemon (seeds removed)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)

Directions

  1. Place cut up lemon and all other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 8-inch piecrust* (unbaked) and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

* Gingersnap piecrust works well too.
