Try these decadent drops of chocolate and coconut. With only 31
calories and 1 gram of fat per cookie you can have two!
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
¼ c. cocoa
2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
4 c. special K cereal
1tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir the sugar and cocoa together
until well mixed
Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold the sugar and
cocoa mixture and remaining ingredients into the egg whites. Drop
by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for about 10
minutes.
