Ingredients:

1 tube of crescent rolls
½ pound bacon, cut in bite size pieces
½ pound Italian sausage
4 ounce can of mushrooms
¼ cup green peppers, chopped
¼ cup red peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon butter
8 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F degrees. Lightly grease 12 to 14 inch pizza pan. Unroll crescent roll dough, making a pizza crust on pan. Pat or roll dough to cover pan and seal seams. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven. Leave oven on.

In large skillet, brown bacon and sausage. Drain off fat. Turn off heat. Add mushrooms, peppers, Tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper. Let stand.
Mix 8 eggs with ½ cup milk. Melt butter in skillet, cook eggs over medium-low temperature until firm. Set aside.

Spread egg mixture evenly over browned crust. Top with meat mixture and finally cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 375°F or until cheese melts.
