Serves: 12
Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups potato buds
9 eggs
2 ½ plus 1/8 cups skim milk
1 lb. turkey ham, cut into small slices
¾ lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
