Ingredients:
3 dozen cherry tomatoes
6 eggs, hard-cooked
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup green salad olives
½ teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning or celery seed
1 teaspoon minced green onion
pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut top of cherry tomatoes with an X (make sure not to cut all
the way through the tomato), set aside. Mix hard-cooked eggs and
the rest of the ingredients together. With a small spoon, open tomatoes
and stuff with mixture. Serve as appetizers.
